The US Department of Commerce / NIST Advanced Technology Program (ATP) sponsored Discovery networking tool is used to connect ATP supported innovations and new ventures with corporate partners, investors, universities, and others to help commercialize these breakthrough technologies. Since 1990, ATP has invested over $2 billion in 720 projects.

ATP's goal is to network with local leaders in technology centers around the United States in order to identify and encourage collaboration among new ventures, technology developers, and larger corporations. This innovation network includes corporations who can leverage their R&D/revenue through technology alliances, state/local support groups, universities, incubators and investors, as well as entrepreneurs and small companies.

You will receive free database access to ATP funded technologies and a monthly e-newsletter to enable you to efficiently identify and access alliances that can help you you leverage your in-house R&D and product revenue, gain access to new products and markets, and provide investment and partnering opportunities for your business. These strategic alliances can include licensing, co-development, venture investing, OEM, marketing, manufacturing, and acquisition.
